We are a family-owned business, where the ethos is to provide care in the way we would like our family, or indeed ourselves, to be looked after in years to come. We have delivered in excess of 35,000 weekly care visits, before starting our franchise network. We have carried out every aspect of homecare ourselves and have learnt from our mistakes. We have developed systems that with your hard work and our support will allow you to follow the business model that is proven to work.

 

We train and support you to provide a wide range of personal, domestic, rehabilitation and social care services to enhance the lives of people living at home. We help our franchisees to work with privately funded service users along with Local Authorities, CCG’s, Primary Care and the NHS to name a few. They are seen as a strategic partner in helping commissioning teams meet the rapidly emerging shift in demand for homecare services as an alternative to residential care.

The senior management team of Clarity Homecare have been working together for over 25 years, delivering care and support to clients in their own homes to the highest possible standards.

We support you to build multiple revenue streams

You will deliver services that are ‘person-centred.’ This means the services are defined and led by the needs, wants and preferences of your clients, giving them choice and control over their care and support.

You will provide care and support ranging from a 30-minute call to full round-the clock, 24-hour care, including live-in care.

Our business model is tried and tested, proven over many years and in different parts of the country.

With the franchise opportunity we will support you to generate excellent returns. Some of our current franchisees are seeing six-figure returns in year two and beyond. However, there is no guarantee that you will achieve these figures and nor is it intended that you should rely on them as a warranty or guarantee.

We do not sugar-coat the challenge of owning your own business, It is tough and requires hard work and dedication, however, we work with you side by side helping your business to succeed.

We will support and guide your business and have it trading as soon as possible. You will be guided and supported on your business growth, covering a variety of subject matter to enable you to grow safely, following the franchise model.

We will initially support your business, through guidance, in the early days helping you build the number of clients and care workers through offering a wide variety of services, this will provide the flexibility which your clients will need, implementing the local activity required to gain traction, networking and building brand recognition in the local community.

 

Our Franchise Packages

Mandatory Package – £17,500 plus VAT.

Please see below for what is included in this:

  • Franchise Licence (territory)
  • Full training programme for franchisee and key team members (incl. on-site visits)
  • Train the Tainer programme
  • Assistance with CQC registration, including mock interviews
  • Assistance with you own Business Plan, including financial forecasts
  • Access to bespoke Clarity Homecare Policies and procedures, including updates Payroll and invoicing support (leaving you free to focus on the care side of your business)
  • Rostering software, including ECM (mandatory with additional chargeable costs)
  • 2 x email addresses with Microsoft 365, chargeable after the first 12 months
  • 12 months ‘Enhanced’ listing with Homecare.co.uk
  • 12 months SEO Marketing Budget

The following equipment is also included in the franchise fee:

  • Profiling bed with medium risk pressure mattress
  • Slide sheets
  • Oxford midi 180 electric hoist
  • Universal slings
  • Little Annie QCPR manikin
  • 48/50” TV
  • Laptop – Core i5, 8gb Ram 256 SSD
  • Training Desk (oak)
  • 4 student chairs with tablet

Turnkey Package – £21,500 plus VAT.

This fee includes all items listed on our Mandatory Package, plus:

  • 12 months CQC registration contribution

  • 2 x high back executive mesh chairs

  • 2 x desk top computers
